Our Automotive Secret negotiation and sales skills course focuses on developing trust and building a relationship, not just making a one-time sale! The key to ongoing business involves gaining referrals from satisfied clients which is the result of a sound relationship. People WANT to buy from someone they trust, NOT someone that uses sales tactics on them to just sell a vehicle. Every dealership has a sales formula or system for their salespeople to follow. Some use a TO system, some don't. Many dealerships do in-house training or rely on the managers and owners to train their staff and salespeople, but those same skills may not be transferrable to their salespeople.
In our course, we focus on developing and honing communication and negotiation skills, based on developing TRUST and RAPPORT with the client. We also focus heavily on pre-qualifying these prospects BEFORE giving a test drive or sales presentation. MANY salespeople conduct a test drive with NO IDEA if these prospects are financially qualified OR intend to purchase. These are "leaks in the sales bucket". We fix leaks!
